크로스팀-CSI 개인정보 처리방침
제1조 (적용 범위)
본 개인정보 처리방침은 크로스빔 주식회사(이하 “회사”)가 제공하는 브라우저 확장 프로그램 “크로스팀-CSI”(이하 “확장 프로그램”)에만 적용됩니다.
확장 프로그램은 이용자가 크로스팀 서비스에 보관 중인 건설 자재 품질관리 기록을 건설안전정보시스템(csi.go.kr)의 입력 화면으로 옮기는 작업을 보조합니다. 회사와 이용계약을 체결한 고객사에게만 제공됩니다.
본 방침에서 정하지 않은 사항은 크로스팀 개인정보 처리방침에 따릅니다.

제2조 (수집하는 개인정보의 항목)
회사는 확장 프로그램의 기능 제공을 위하여 아래 정보를 수집합니다.

운영 로그에는 입력된 자료의 내용이 기록되지 않으며, 처리 결과만 기록됩니다.
제3조 (csi.go.kr로 전달되는 자료)
확장 프로그램이 취급하는 자료는 레미콘 공급업체명, 배합 정보, 슬럼프 및 28일 압축강도 시험값, 시공 위치 등 자재·시험 데이터와 그 첨부 문서로 구성됩니다.
첨부 문서(PDF 등)에는 검측자 및 시험자의 성명·서명 등 개인정보가 포함될 수 있습니다.
위 자료는 이용자의 브라우저 내에서 크로스팀 서비스로부터 csi.go.kr의 입력 화면으로 직접 전달됩니다. 회사는 전송 과정에서 해당 자료를 별도로 저장하지 않으며, 자료는 브라우저 메모리에만 존재하고 작업이 완료되면 폐기됩니다.
다만 해당 자료의 원본은 이용자가 크로스팀 서비스에 업로드한 자료로서 회사의 저장소에 보관되어 있으며, 그 처리 및 보존에 관하여는 크로스팀 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다.
이용자 또는 고객사가 확장 프로그램을 통하여 csi.go.kr에 자료를 제출하는 것은 관계 법령에 따른 신고·보고 의무를 이행하는 행위이며, 회사는 그 전송을 기술적으로 보조합니다. 따라서 이는 회사에 의한 제3자 제공에 해당하지 않습니다.
제4조 (읽어들이는 웹사이트 콘텐츠)
확장 프로그램은 csi.go.kr에서만 입력 필드의 구조와 화면에 표시되는 확인 메시지를 읽습니다. 이는 값을 올바른 필드에 입력하고 등록 성공 여부를 판단하기 위한 것입니다.
읽어들인 내용은 브라우저 내에서만 사용되며 회사 서버로 전송되거나 저장되지 않습니다.
확장 프로그램은 csi.go.kr의 로그인 정보(아이디·비밀번호·인증서 등)를 취급하지 않습니다. csi.go.kr에 대한 인증은 이용자가 직접 수행합니다.

확장 프로그램은 원격 코드를 내려받거나 실행하지 않으며, 모든 실행 코드는 배포 패키지에 포함되어 있습니다.
제6조 (수집 정보의 이용 제한)
회사는 수집한 정보를 본 방침에 명시된 기능 제공 목적으로만 이용합니다. 회사는 해당 정보를 판매하지 않으며, 광고·개인화·신용평가 또는 대출 목적으로 이용하거나 이전하지 않고, 데이터 브로커에게 이전하지 않습니다.
회사 인력의 접근은 이용자의 명시적 동의가 있는 경우, 보안 조사, 법령 준수, 또는 집계·익명 처리된 데이터의 경우로 한정됩니다.
제7조 (처리 인프라 및 국외 이전)
회사의 서버는 Amazon Web Services 서울 리전(ap-northeast-2)에서 운영됩니다.
확장 프로그램과 관련하여 수집되는 정보는 국외로 이전되지 않습니다.
제8조 (보유기간 및 파기)

보유기간이 경과한 정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 관계 법령에서 보존을 요구하는 경우에는 해당 법령에서 정한 기간 동안 보관한 후 파기합니다.
제9조 (이용자의 권리)
이용자는 support@crossteam.co.kr로 연락하여 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제 또는 처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 회사는 요구를 받은 날부터 10일 이내에 필요한 조치를 하고 그 결과를 통지합니다.
열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 요구가 제한되는 사유 및 그 밖에 정보주체의 권리 행사에 관한 사항은 크로스팀 개인정보 처리방침에서 정합니다.
제10조 (개인정보 보호책임자 및 권익침해 구제)
개인정보 보호책임자, 개인정보 유출 통지, 권익침해 구제방법 및 본 방침의 변경 고지에 관한 사항은 크로스팀 개인정보 처리방침에서 정하는 바에 따릅니다.

Privacy Policy — CrossTeam-CSI
In case of any discrepancy between the Korean and English versions, the Korean version prevails.
1. Scope
This policy applies solely to the CrossTeam-CSI browser extension provided by CROSSBIM Inc. ("we"). The extension assists users in transferring construction material quality-control records — which they already hold in our CrossTeam service — into the input forms of the Korean Construction Safety Information system (csi.go.kr). It is available only to customers under contract with us.
Matters not addressed in this policy are governed by the CrossTeam Privacy Policy.
2. What we collect
- An authentication token and account identifier, used to verify that the user is an active contract customer.
- Operational logs: timestamp, record count, csi.go.kr submission outcome, and error code for each automated entry.
Logs record the outcome only, never the content of the data entered. They are stored so that users can review the submission status of each project within CrossTeam.
3. Data entered into csi.go.kr
The records handled by this extension consist of material and test data — ready-mixed concrete supplier names, mix details, slump and 28-day compressive strength test values, the construction location — together with their attached documents.
Attached documents (such as PDFs) may contain personal information, including the names and signatures of inspectors and testers.
These records move from our service to the csi.go.kr form entirely within the user’s browser. We do not separately store them during this transfer; they are held in browser memory only and are discarded when the operation completes.
The source records themselves are files the user uploaded to the CrossTeam service and remain stored in our systems; their processing and retention are governed by the CrossTeam Privacy Policy.
Submitting records to csi.go.kr is the user’s or the customer’s own act of meeting a statutory reporting obligation, which we assist technically. It is therefore not a transfer of personal information to a third party by us.
4. Website content we read
On csi.go.kr only, the extension reads the structure of input fields and on-screen confirmation messages, so it can place values in the correct fields and detect whether an entry succeeded before advancing. This content is used within the browser only and is never sent to or stored on our servers.
The extension does not handle csi.go.kr login credentials. Users authenticate to csi.go.kr themselves.
5. Permissions

https://*.crossteam.co.kr/*— required to receive data and the authentication token from our service, where the user is already signed in. storage— required to retain the authentication token and user preferences locally.
No remote code is downloaded or executed. All executable code ships inside the published package.
6. Limited Use
We use collected data solely to provide the disclosed functionality. We do not sell it, do not use or transfer it for advertising, personalization, creditworthiness or lending purposes, and do not transfer it to data brokers. Human access is limited to cases of explicit user consent, security investigation, legal compliance, or aggregated and anonymized data.
7. Infrastructure and international transfers
Our servers run on Amazon Web Services in the Seoul region (ap-northeast-2). Information collected in connection with the extension is not transferred outside the Republic of Korea.
8. Retention
- Authentication tokens: three days from issuance; revoked immediately on logout, contract termination, or removal of the extension.
- Operational logs: five years from the date the relevant project ceases to use the CrossTeam service.
- Locally stored data: deleted immediately when the extension is removed.
Information is destroyed without delay once its retention period expires, except where applicable law requires retention, in which case it is kept for the period that law specifies and then destroyed.
9. Your rights
Users may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing by contacting support@crossteam.co.kr. We will act on the request and notify the user of the outcome within ten days.
Grounds on which such requests may be restricted, and other matters concerning data subject rights, are set out in the CrossTeam Privacy Policy.
10. Privacy officer and remedies
